  Principal Gordon Ng's practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on a wide range of matters related to listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and in regulatory and compliance matters related to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and other regulatory entities. Gordon also has extensive experience advising clients on international mergers and acquisitions and corporate investments in Hong Kong and China. Previously, Gordon was head of the Hong Kong corporate and capital markets practice group with another international law firm in Hong Kong. Gordon is an experienced lecturer and has spoken on a variety of international corporate legal matters. |
